Want to say goodbye to making endless copies for your classes on a broken down machine? Tired of students losing track of notes and important papers? Looking for a way to manage digital content?
What you need is the OneNote class notebook. Class notebook is a notebook that you share with your students, that they take everywhere they go. Microsoft has several solutions for distributing work, reviewing work, offering praise, and creating collaboration space. Use of drawing tools, integrated audio and video capabilities helps bring your flat content to interactive content. Try your hand at these tutorials! Individualized walk-throughs allow you to try it yourself. Check out Learning Tools- A new way to support students with learning needs |
PARCC is soon upon us which always brings the question- What should we do when the test is done for the day? We want them to unwind, but still need to keep a sense of order.
So ditch the videos and try some of these ideas!

This month's focus: Augmented and Virtual Reality
Looking for some great ideas for how to use Augmented Reality (AR)?
Augmented reality (AR) is when real life objects become interactive through an app on a tablet, phone, or with hololens glasses. Scanned images and objects come to life through video and audio. More complex versions of AR allow for interaction with 3D holographic models. AR increases opportunities for differentiation, and gives students access to information in a more real life way. Book covers now give you reviews, bulletin boards play videos, and diagrams actually move around and show you different angles and steps. Think of the power!
My favorite app for getting started? Aurasma
Students and teachers can easily create Auras. Check out the video below.
