EdPuzzle allows for teachers to set up and create classes, create interactive videos, and track student progress and understanding. The only downside? Students must make an account to access videos or if embedded into a webpage or learning management system, they can play in "guest mode"

Playposit allows you to set up classes and interactive video lessons they call bulbs. It also provides deep analytics, and the ability to grade open ended responses on the fly. With no student logins to mess with, Vizia is easy to use to create interactive video lessons. Results are stored in spreadsheet form, which makes it easy to sort and manipulate. Students access lessons through links or embed spots.
